You will find the status of your orders there and also the name of the seller of the item. You can email them from there if you need to know more.
Finally, if there is still a problem, Amazon are pretty good at helping to resolve it.
We also had an enquiry about a Facebook order. As far as we are aware, Facebook does not sell goods. If an order was placed by clicking on a Facebook advert, the advert would click through to Amazon or a seller’s website where they sell goods.
You will need to check with the seller of any item that you purchased through Facebook, to find out the status of your order. The Dog Yeller does not have a store and we do not sell goods. Even our blog is free to join.
If you are unable to determine the name of a seller, check your card details for the name of the company and their contact telephone number.
